التوافق الدراسي لدى الأطفال Academic Adjustment for Children

ترى الباحثة أن التوافق الدراسي يعتبر من أهم أنواع التوافق التي يتطلبها إنسان العصر الحالي، وذلك لأنه يجلس أكثر من  سبعة عشر سنة على مقاعد الدراسة. فالطالب المتوافق دراسيا هو الذي ينجح في التكيف مع بيئته المدرسية و الذي يشعر دائما بالاتزان والراحة والطمأنينة النفسية في الدراسة مما يجعله يتعامل بشكل جيد وإيجابي مع زملائه ومعلميه ويشارك بفاعلية في الحياة المدرسية. ويؤثر التوافق الدراسي الجيد بشكل إيجابي على الحياة الأكاديمية والاجتماعية للطلاب. ففي الجانب الأكاديمي،  يدفع التوافق الدراسي الطلبة إلى التحصيل الدراسي الجيد من ناحية ويحببهم فى المدرسة ويساعدهم على إقامة علاقات متناغمة مع زملائهم ومعلميهم من ناحية أخرى مما يجعل العملية التعليمية تجربة ممتعة وجذابة.
The researcher  believes that Academic Adjustment  is one of the most important types of compatibility required by modern day people, because they sit on school boards for more than seventeen years.An Academic Adjustment student is successful in adapting to his or her school environment and always feels balanced, comfortable, and psychologically secure in the study so that he or she interacts well and positively with his or her classmates and teachers and participates actively in school life. Good academic adjustment positively affects the academic and social life of students. On the academic side, academic adjustment pushes students to achieve good education on the one hand, loves them in school and helps them to establish harmonious relationships with their colleagues and teachers on the other, making the educational process an enjoyable and appealing experience..
