هدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع رؤية مقترحة لتوظيف الحوكمة الرشيدة كمدخل لتحقيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للبحث تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (300) من معلمات رياض الأطفال بالروضات العربية واللغات بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، وانتهى البحث إلى  ضرورة وضع معايير واضحة للترقيات وتوزيع المهام بالروضة، وضرورة التخطيط الاستراتيجي لدعم العلاقات التعاونية بين العاملين بالروضة، وضرورة توظيف التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تحديد وصفاً دقيقاً للمهام والمسئوليات المكلف بها كل فرد في الروضة، كما انتهى إلى ضرورة الشفافية في عرض السياسات واللوائح والقوانين المنظمة للعمل بالروضة، ووضع خطط استراتيجية لتحسين مستوى المساءلة وتفعيل الجودة، والوعي بأهمية الحوكمة الرشيدة في تحقيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وتضمين أنشطة مؤسسات رياض الأطفال قصيرة المدى في إطار الخطط الاستراتيجية لهذه المؤسسات، وتفعيل المشاركة بين مديري الروضات للتخطيط الاستراتيجي لوضع حلول للمشكلات المختلفة.
The aim of the current research is to develop a proposed vision for employing good governance as an entry point to achieve strategic planning in kindergarten institutions. The research used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a research tool that was applied to a sample of (300) kindergarten teachers in Arabic and language kindergartens in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate, and the research ended with The need to set clear criteria for promotions and the distribution of tasks in the kindergarten, the need for strategic planning to support cooperative relations between the kindergarten workers, and the need to employ strategic planning in defining an accurate description of the tasks and responsibilities assigned to each individual in the kindergarten. It also concluded the need for transparency in presenting the policies, regulations and laws regulating the work of kindergartens, and the development of strategic plans to improve the level of accountability and activate quality, and awareness of the importance of good governance in achieving strategic planning in kindergarten institutions, and to include the activities of short-term kindergarten institutions in the framework of the strategic plans of these institutions, and activating Participation between kindergarten managers for strategic planning to develop solutions to various problems.
