هدف البحث الحالي إلى الکشف عن مستوى سلوکيات التنمر الوظيفي التي يتعرض لها أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي ومستوى جودة الحياة لديهم، والتعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين سلوکيات التنمر الوظيفي وجودة الحياة لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي، وکذلک الکشف عن الفروق في مستوى سلوکيات التنمر الوظيفي ومستوى جودة الحياة والتي تعزى إلى النوع (ذکور – إناث)، والدرجة العلمية (مدرس – أستاذ مساعد – أستاذ)، وسنوات الخبرة (أقل من ٥ سنوات، من٥-أقل من۱۰سنوات، ۱۰ سنوات فأکثر)، وطبيعة الکلية (کليات نظرية - کليات عملية)، وتکونت عينة البحث من (۱٥٥) عضو هيئة تدريس بجامعة الزقازيق، وتم تطبيق مقياسي سلوکيات التنمر الوظيفي، وجودة الحياة (إعداد الباحثة). وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن ارتفاع مستوى سلوکيات التنمر الوظيفي، وانخفاض مستوى جودة الحياة لدى عينة البحث. کما أکدت النتائج على وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين سلوکيات التنمر الوظيفي وجودة الحياة لدى عينة البحث. وکشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق في مستوى سلوکيات التنمر الوظيفي تعزى إلى النوع لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى إلى (الدرجة العلمية - سنوات الخبرة – طبيعة الکلية). کما کشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق في مستوى جودة الحياة تعزى إلى (النوع - الدرجة العلمية - سنوات الخبرة – طبيعة الکلية).
               The currentresearch aimsto identifyingthe level of job bullying behaviors that university faculty members are exposed to and their quality of lifelevel, as well as verifying whether there is a correlation between job bullying behaviors andthe quality of life. And recognizing if the job bullying behaviors and quality of life differs for university faculty members to gender variance (Males -Females), academic degree (Lecturer –Assistant Lecturer- Professor), years of experience (less than 5 years, from 5 - less than 10 years, 10 years and more), and the nature of the college(Theoretical–Practical). The sample of the research consisted of (155) faculty membersin Zagazig University. The two scales of job bullying behaviors and quality of life were applied (prepared by the researcher). The results of the research reveal for a highlevel of job bullying behaviors, and a low level of quality of life among the research sample.The results also confirmed the existence of a negative correlation between job bullying behaviors and quality of life among the research sample. The resultsrevealed the existence of difference in the level of job bullying behaviors according to gender in favor of females, and there were no differences according to (academic degree-years of experience -nature of college). The results also revealed no differences in level of quality of life according to (gender -academic degree -years of experience -nature of college).
