هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعئف على فعالية استخدام أنشطة قائمة على منهج منتسوري لتنمية مهارة المبادرة التفاعلية ومهارة التعاون لدى الطفل.
واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي وتكونت العينة من (60) طفلا وطفلة من أطفال المستوى الثاني، الذين تتراوح أعمارهم من (5-6) سنوات بروضة أكاديمية رعاية وروضة أكاديمية كيان وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة كل منهم 30 طفل.
ولتحقيق هدف البحث قامت الباحثة بإعداد أدوات البحث ومواد البحث التي تمثلت في: إعداد استبانة لتحديد مهارة المبادرة التفاعلية ومهارة التعاون وعناصرهما الفرعية التي ينبغي تنميتها لدى أطفال الروضة، مقياس لمهارة المبادرة التفاعلية ولمهارة التعاون  بالإضافة إلى إعداد البرنامج القائم على أنشطة منهج منتسوري لتنمية مهارة المبادرة التفاعلية ومهارة التعاون .
وتوصل البحث للنتائج التالية: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أطفال المجموعتين (التجريبية، والضابطة) في التطبيق البعدي لمقياس مهارة المبادرة التفاعلية ومهارة التعاون لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين (القبلي والبعدي) لمقياس مهارة المبادرة التفاعلية ومهارة التعاون المصور لصالح التطبيق البعدي.  
This research aimed to identify the effectiveness of using Montessori-based activities to develop interactive initiative and cooperation skills in children. The researcher employed an experimental methodology, with a sample consisting of 60 male and female children from the second level (ages 5-6 years) at Ra'aya Academy Kindergarten and Kayan Academy Kindergarten. The sample was divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group, each comprising 30 children.
To achieve the research objective, the researcher prepared the following research tools and materials: a questionnaire to identify interactive initiative and cooperation skills and their sub-elements that need to be developed in kindergarten children; a scale for interactive initiative skill and cooperation skill; and a program based on Montessori activities to develop interactive initiative and cooperation skills.
The research found the following results: There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the children in the experimental and control groups in the post-application of the interactive initiative and cooperation skills scale, favoring the experimental group. Additionally, there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group children in the pre and post-applications of the pictorial interactive initiative and cooperation skills scale, favoring the post-application.
