هدف البحث الحالي تعرُّف مدى إمكانية تنمية مهارات تصميم وإنتاج الاختبارات الإلكترونيَّة للطالب المعلم ببرنامج إعداد معلم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الطفولة المبكرة في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، واشتملت عينة البحث على (60) طالبًا وطالبةً من طلاب المستوى الثالث ببرنامج إعداد معلم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الطفولة المبكرة (برنامج مميز) بكلية التربية النوعية – جامعة بنها، تمَّ تقسيمهم إلى (30) طالبًا وطالبةً للتجربة الاستطلاعية، و (30) طالبًا وطالبةً للتجربة الأساسيَّة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي؛ لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث الحالي، وذلك باستخدام التصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعة التجريبيَّة الواحدة، وإجراء القياس القبلي قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي، ثمَّ إجراء القياسين البعدي والتتبعي بعد تطبيق البرنامج، وتكونت أدوات البحث من قائمة بمهارات تصميم وإنتاج الاختبارات الإلكترونيَّة للطالب المعلم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 (إعداد الباحثة)، واختبار تحصيلي معرفي إلكتروني لمهارات تصميم وإنتاج الاختبارات الإلكترونيَّة للطالب المعلم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في ضوء رؤية مصر2030 (إعداد الباحثة)، وبطاقة ملاحظة لمهارات تصميم وإنتاج الاختبارات الإلكترونيَّة للطالب المعلم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في ضوء رؤية مصر2030(إعداد الباحثة)، وبطاقة تقييم منتج للاختبارات الإلكترونيَّة للطالب المعلم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 (إعداد الباحثة)، وبرنامج قائم على التعليم الهجين لتنمية مهارات تصميم وإنتاج الاختبارات الإلكترونيَّة للطالب المعلم في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 (إعداد الباحثة). وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن فعالية البرنامج القائم على التعليم الهجين في تنمية مهارات تصميم وإنتاج الاختبارات الإلكترونيَّة للطالب المعلم ببرنامج إعداد معلم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الطفولة المبكرة (برنامج مميز) بكلية التربية النوعية – جامعة بنها.
The aim of the current research is to identify the extent of the possibility of developing the skills of designing and producing electronic tests for student teachers in the program for preparing teachers for people with special needs in early childhood in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030. The research sample included (60) male and female third-level students in the program for preparing teachers for people with special needs in Early childhood (a distinguished program) at the Faculty of Specific Education - Benha University. They were divided into (30) male and female students for the exploratory experiment, and (30) male and female students for the basic experiment. The researcher used the quasi-experimental method to suit the nature of the current research. This was done using an experimental design with one experimental group, conducting the pre-measurement before implementing the training program, and then conducting the post- and follow-up measurements after implementing the program. The research tools consisted of a list of skills for designing and producing electronic tests for student teachers with special needs in light of Egypt’s 2030 vision (prepared by the researcher) An electronic cognitive achievement test for the skills of designing and producing electronic tests for student teachers with special needs in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030 (prepared by the researcher), and a note card for the skills of designing and producing electronic tests for student teachers with special needs in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030 (prepared by the researcher).
