فاعلية استخدام أنشطة يدوية و فنية علي تنمية بعض مهارات التواصل لدي أطفال التوحد The effectiveness of using manual and artistic activities on developing some communication skills for children with autism

تناولت الدراسة  تنمية مهارات التواصل من خلال أنشطة يدوية و فنية لطفل التوحد من خلال الكتاب التفاعلي الفني حيث عينة الدراسة تكونت من 5 أطفال توحديين وتم التطبيق في مراكز خاصة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في محافظة الجيزة حيث كان منهج البحث شبة التجريبي للمجموعة الواحدة وخضعت المجموعة للقياس القبلي والبعدي من خلال مقاييس مهارات التواصل البصري ومقياس التواصل اللفظي إعداد الباحثة وتكون التدريب علي استخدام الأنشطة اليدوية والفنية لأطفال التوحد بواقع 48 جلسة لفترة 6أشهر بواقع جلستين أسبوعيا مدة الجلسة 30 دقيقة وأشارت النتائج إلي يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة الواحدة علي تنمية مهارات التواصل البصري لأطفال التوحد بعد التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس مهارات التواصل البصري لصالح تنمية قيد البحث القياس البعدي ويوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة الواحدة علي تنمية مهارات التواصل اللفظي لأطفال التوحد بعد التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس مهارات 
التواصل البصري لصالح تنمية قيد البحث القياس البعدي ،مما يوضح فعالية الجلسات علي تنمية مهارات التواصل اللفظي والتواصل البصري لدي أطفال التوحد وتنمية حواسهم  وتوصي الباحثة بإعداد الدراسات التي تعمل علي تنمية المهارات التواصلية بكافة أنواعها  كتدخل مبكر لزيادة مهارات أساسية وتجنب مشكلات تظهر مع وجود القصور لدي التوحديين فيما بعد
The study dealt with the development of communication skills through manual and artistic activities for the autistic child through the artistic interactive book, where the study sample consisted of 5 autistic children, and the application was done in special centers for people with special needs in Giza Governorate, where the research method was semi-experimental for one group, and the group underwent pre and post measurement Through measures of visual communication skills and a measure of verbal communication, prepared by the researcher, and the training was conducted on the use of manual and artistic activities for children with autism, by 48 sessions for a period of 6 months, by two sessions per week, the duration of the session was 30 minutes. Visual communication skills for autistic children after the pre and post application of the visual communication skills scale in favor of the development under study post measurement, and there is a statistically significant difference between the mean ranks of the scores of one group on the development of verbal communication skills for children with autism after the pre and post application of the visual communication skills scale in favor of the development under study post measurement. Which shows the effectiveness of the sessions on developing verbal communication skills and visual communication among children with autism and developing their senses. The researcher recommends preparing studies that work on developing communication skills of all kinds as an early intervention to increase basic skills and avoid problems that appear with the shortcomings of autistic children later
