برنامج باستخدام إستراتيجية المشروعات الصغيرة لتنمية بعض مفاهيم ريادة الأعمال لأطفال الروضة وأثره على المهارات القيادية لديهم A program using the strategy of small projects to develop some concepts of entrepreneurship for kindergarten children and its impact on their leadership skills

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرُّف مدى إمكانية تنمية مفاهيم ريادة الأعمال لأطفال الروضة باستخدام إستراتيجية المشروعات الصغيرة، وأثرها على تنمية مهاراتهم القيادية، واشتملت عينة البحث على (79) طفلًا وطفلة من أطفال المستوى الثاني الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين (5-6) سنوات، تم تقسيمها إلى مجموعتين متساويتين ومتكافئتين، مجموعة ضابطة عددها (41) طفلًا وطفلةً، ومجموعة تجريبية عددها (38) طفلًا وطفلةً، وتكونت أدوات البحث من: اختبار المصفوفات المتتابعة الملونة لجون رافن تقينين "عماد حمدي" 2021م، وقائمة مفاهيم ريادة الأعمال لطفل الروضة (إعداد الباحثة) ، ومقياس مفاهيم ريادة الأعمال المصور لطفل الروضة (إعداد الباحثة) ، والبرنامج القائم على إسترتتيجية المشروعات الصغيرة لتنمية بعض مفاهيم ريادة الأعمال وأثره على المهارات القيادية لديهم (إعداد الباحثة) ، إضافة إلى بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات القيادة لطفل الروضة، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن فعالية البرنامج القائم على استخدام إستراتيجية المشروعات الصغيرة في تنمية بعض مفاهيم ريادة الأعمال لأطفال الروضة، وهو ما انعكس على تنمية مهارات القيادة لديهم.
The current research aimed to identify the extent to which the concepts of entrepreneurship can be developed for kindergarten children using the strategy of small projects and its impact on the development of their leadership skills. Two equal and equal groups, a control group of (41) boys and girls, and an experimental group of (38) boys and girls, and the tools were the colored successive matrices test by John Raven, "Imad Hamdy" 2021, A list of entrepreneurship concepts for kindergarten children (prepared by the researcher) , a scale of illustrated entrepreneurship concepts for kindergarten children (prepared by the researcher) , a program based on the use of small projects strategy to develop some concepts of entrepreneurship and its impact on their leadership skills (prepared by the researcher) , a note card for leadership skills Kindergarten children, and the results of the research revealed the effectiveness of the program based on the use of small projects in developing some concepts of entrepreneurship, as it was reflected in the development of their leadership skills
