فعالية استراتيجية تمثيل الأدوار في تنمية مهارات تحمل المسئولية لمواجهة الضغوط الحياتية لدى طفل الروضة. The effectiveness of the role-playing strategy in developing the skills of taking responsibility to face the life pressures of the kindergarten child

يهدف البحث الحالي الى: الكشف عن فعالية استراتيجية تمثيل الأدوار في تنمية مهارات تحمل المسئولية لمواجهة الضغوط الحياتية لدى طفل الروضة  وتحديد مهارات تحمل المسئولية اللازمة لمواجهة الضغوط الحياتية التي يمكن أن يكتسبها طفل الروضة.
وقد استخدمت الباحثة استبانة تحديد مهارات تحمل المسئولية لمواجهة الضغوط الحياتية لدى طفل الروضة (إعداد الباحثة) و مقياس مهارات تحمل المسئولية لمواجهة الضغوط الحياتية لدى طفل الروضة( إعداد الباحثة).
وتكونت عينة البحث من (60) طفلاً وطفلة من أطفال المستوى الثاني، وتتراوح أعمارهم بين (5-6) سنوات، وتم تقسيمهم الى مجموعتين (مجموعة تجريبية)، (مجموعة ضابطة).
واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وقد تم استخدامه في إعداد الإطار النظري، واستقراء الدراسات السابقة، وإعداد أدوات البحث، والبرنامج المقترح وتحليل وتفسير النتائج
 و المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعتين (الضابطة والتجريبية) لاختبار فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية تمثيل الأدوار في تنمية بعض مهارات تحمل المسئولية لمواجهة الضغوط الحياتية لدى طفل الروضة.
وتوصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج التاليه:
" توجد فروق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أطفال المجموعتين (الضابطة والتجريبية) في التطبيق البعدي لمقياس مهارات تحمل المسئولية المصور لصالح المجموعة التجريبية."
و" توجد فروق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أطفال المجموعتين (الضابطة والتجريبية) في التطبيق البعدي لمقياس مهارات تحمل المسئولية المصور لصالح المجموعة التجريبية."
مما يدل على  فعالية استراتيجية تمثيل الأدوار في تنمية مهارات تحمل المسئولية لمواجهة الضغوط الحياتية لدى طفل الروضة .
وقدمت الباحثة عدة توصيات ومنها: إعداد دورات تدريبية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال لتدريبهن على كيفية استخدام تمثيل الأدوار مع الأطفال داخل قاعات الروضة الاستخدام الأمثل , أن تهتم معلمات رياض الأطفال بتنمية مهارات تحمل المسئولية في هذه المرحلة التي تعد حجر الأساس في بناء شخصية الطفل.
The current research aims at detecting the effectiveness of the role-playing strategy in developing the skills of shouldering responsibility for facing the pressures of life of the kindergarten child and determining the skills of shouldering responsibility necessary for facing the pressures of life that a kindergarten child can acquire.
The researcher used a questionnaire for determining the skills of shouldering responsibility for facing the pressures of life of the kindergarten child (prepared by the researcher) and the measurement of the skills of shouldering responsibility for facing the pressures of life of the kindergarten child  (prepared by the researcher).
The research sample consisted of (60) male and female children of the second level aged between (5-6) years old, and they were divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group.
The researcher used the descriptive approach in preparing the theoretical framework, extrapolating previous studies, preparing research tools and the proposed program and analyzing and interpreting the results and the experimental approach with its experimental and control groups to test the effectiveness of using the role-playing strategy in developing some of the skills of shouldering responsibility for facing the pressures of life of the kindergarten child.
The researcher concluded the following results:
- There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the children of the control and the experimental groups in the post application of the pictorial measurement of the skills of shouldering responsibility in favor of the experimental group.
- There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the children of the control and experimental groups in the post application of the pictorial measurement of the skills of shouldering responsibility in favor of the experimental group.
This indicates the effectiveness of the role-playing strategy in developing the skills of shouldering responsibility for facing the pressures of life of the kindergarten child.
The researcher proposed many recommendations, some of which are: preparing training courses for kindergarten female teachers on how to make the best use of role-playing with children inside the kindergarten halls.  Kindergarten female teachers have to care about developing the skills of shouldering responsibility at this stage, which is considered the cornerstone of building the child's personality.
